Responsibilities
Director Regina Rich leads the Human Resources Division and directs all personnel programs that contribute to the effective operation of city government and efficient delivery of services to the employees of the City of Greenwood. Human Resources manages the city's health insurance plan and other benefit programs for city employees, oversees the recruitment, selection, promotion, and training of employees, and maintains all employee files and personnel records.
