Office of the City Clerk

City Clerk Linda Osbourne and her staff of deputy clerks comprise the Office of the City Clerk, which is responsible for the city's accounting functions, including payroll, budgeting, annual auditing, and maintaining tax rolls, as well as voter registration, maintaining minutes and dockets, issuing privilege licenses and certain permits, and other functions.

The city clerk is the chief financial officer for the City of Greenwood. The city clerk's office is located on the first floor of Greenwood City Hall.

Staff

Vicki Lott is a Deputy Clerk. She is responsible for payroll and other clerical duties. She is also the Clerk of the Council.

Barbara Bradley is a Deputy Clerk. She is the cashier and she is responsible for privilege licenses and other clerical duties. She is also the backup for the Clerk of Council.

Sally Hodges is a Deputy Clerk. She is responsible for accounts payable and other clerical duties. 

Betty Ware is a Part-Time Deputy Clerk. She assists with accounts payable, grant paperwork, year-end reports and other clerical duties. She is also the backup for payroll.
