By completing this form, you are signing up to participate in Greenwood Leflore Recycling's residential Curbside Recycling program. Your utility bill will be assessed a one-time, non-recurring $15 fee, which covers the cost of two (2) blue curbside recycling bins, which will be delivered to your home address.
