City Attorney
Duties
City Attorney Don Brock, Jr. serves as legal counselor to the Mayor and City Council, attending all council meetings, giving oral legal advice when called upon, and consulting with the Mayor and City Council so that the legal matters of the city may be handled expeditiously. Attorney Brock serves the city by writing letters, preparing correspondence, conferring with the Mayor, council, and city employees, and maintaining files on all legal matters pertaining to the city.
